  We were there very briefly, overnighting after a late flight into Winnipeg, so not much to comment on. The best thing was second room we eventually stayed in after the night shift clerk originally assigned us a 2 queen room by mistake, when the reservation clearly indicated 1 king.

  The "car wash" shower that required a bit of thinking before getting all the gadgets to work. Also, the position of the shower in relation to the fixed glass 'shower curtain' panel. There is no way you can turn on the shower from the outside without flooding the floor. Alternately, you get zapped with cold water if you're inside. A bit of a design flaw there I'm afraid. Night shift clerk wasn't very cherry (but then it was night shift) but the morning staff was much better.

  I feel the facilities of coffee and tea set should not be in Washroom, it is unhygenic, the reception lady was so rude , we felt it was not necessary after such a long journey.

  It is very convenient to the airport, the complimentary shuttles are great, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the gym is nice.

  The children thought the theme room (sharks and fish) was the best & so did I. Everyone totally enjoyed themselves, in the room and at the dino beach!! Staff were amazing. Already recommended it to everyone I have talked to!!

  What we appreciated was the cleanliness of the hotel and it's location near the international airport and major routes to shopping and attractions in the city.

  Being near the airport, if the room is facing the airport the airplan noises are audible. On the weekend, the noise from the wedding parties breaking up in the early hours definitely wake you from a sound sleep in an otherwise quiet hotel.

  Close to the Airport, reasonable rates, sounded like you had a great pool for kids, though we didn't have time to try it. Free shuttle on call, late at night.

  Breafast restaurant too small. Had to wait half hour to get in, so went somewhere else.

  The waterpark was great for children, and the rate we got was very competitive with other hotels in Winnipeg.

  Both nights we had a noisy argument in the hall outside our door.

  Room Key never worked had to go back to the receptionist desk every time we wanted to get into our hotel room, they kept saying it was because we would put our key near something to demagnetize it but after the first time they told us that we kept it away from everything and it still did not work, even housekeeping could not get into the room when we asked them to open it, looked as though the room door may have been tampered with at one time. Kind of a pain after the third time happening going from the 3rd floor down everytime.

  It was very relaxing to sit in the restaurant and watch the hockey game. I didn't feel like ordering off the dinner menu so the waitress very graciously gave me a lunch menu so I could order a sandwich. (It was after 8 p.m. when I arrived). The food was very good and I was happy to see that your 110% clean promotion is true - that was the most important part of my stay. I also appreciate your shuttle service which picked me up at the bus depot and delivered me to the airport the following morning.

  The hotel is just one bus trip to centre town and two bus trips to the Forks. The restaurant and lounge people are friendly and helpful. They are very considerate of your comfort and that of your neighbors. All in all it was a pleasant experience. Thank you.
